Canton Charter Township – MI issued the following announcement on Sept. 2.
Due to the Labor Day holiday, GFL will not collect garbage or recycling on Monday, September 6 and all collections will be delayed by one day that week. GFL will resume their regular garbage and recycling collection schedule on Monday, September 13.
As a reminder, all residential yard waste collections have been moved to Saturdays. This collection change is in effect through October 9. GFL is making this change in an effort to remain current on residential garbage and recycling collections.
