On Friday, Feb. 21, former Grosse Pointe North High School standout Jake Tedesco’s current college team, the Washington State Cougars, lost 9-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Michigan State Spartans.

The game took place at Chapman Field. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m. at Whataburger Field against UCLA Bruins.
