On Saturday, March 22, former University Liggett School standout Patrick Ilitch’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 10-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at Bob Warn Field. This was their third matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 4:30 p.m. at Alexander Field against Purdue Boilermakers.
