Wayne County Public Schools issued the following announcement on March 23.
This week our Wayne Academy meal distribution site will be closing down due to less participation. Their staff and resources will go to other sites that are seeing much larger numbers.
Please note that our other 10 sites will be open, as usual, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We will be hosting meal pick-ups Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for families that need this service for their children.
