City of Grosse Pointe Park issued the following announcement on April 9.
Please join us for Monday's City Council Meeting. Because of Governor Whitmer's Stay Home, Stay Safe order, the meeting will be held electronically and will begin at 7pm. How to Submit Public Comment
There will be two options for how to submit a public comment for this meeting: phone conferencing or written comment. There will be one public comment at the end of the meeting. Spoken comments will be limited to three minutes. Written comments will be limited to 500 words.
Members of the public wishing to make a comment via phone conferencing will need to dial in to the phone number listed on the public notice and keep their comments limited to three minutes. The provided meeting guidelines outline the process for teleconferencing comments that will be followed during the meeting.
Written comments can be submitted directly to clerk@grossepointepark.org. Written submissions need to be 500 words or less and submitted by 5pm on Sunday, April 12, 2020.
