City of Grosse Pointe Park issued the following announcement on April 17.
On Monday April 13th, Governor Whitmer signed executive order 2020-46. EO 2020-46 allows the Michigan Liquor Control Commissions (MLCC) to start a spirits buy-back program for restaurants and bars with on-premise liquor licenses. The buy back program is intended to provide financial relief while the Stay Home order is in place.
