City of Grosse Pointe Farms issued the following announcement on Aug. 8.
The City of Grosse Pointe Farms Pier Park is seeking individuals 16 years & older that are interested in a position(s) within our Aquatics Department!
All positions are full-time (40 hrs) weekly throughout the month of August until September 7th, 2020.
Open Positions Include:
American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard (with current Lifeguard + CPR + AED + First Aid Certification)
Head Lifeguard (Supervisory Position---must have 2+ years of Lifeguarding experience + LG Certification; LGI preferred)
Aquatic Facility Attendant (No certification required ---regulates resident traffic within bathhouses, verifies identification upon entry, enforces COVID-19 rules and regulations.)
