Wayne County Public Schools issued the following announcement on Aug. 25.
WCPS has been notified that two individuals who were recently on the Grantham Elementary School campus have tested positive for COVID-19. All recommended guidelines from the NC Department of Health and Human Services have been followed.
As always, please be mindful to wear a mask, wash your hands, and practice social distancing when on a WCPS campus.
