Wayne, Michigan Administration Community Updates issued the following announcement on Sept. 18.
A message from the Wayne City Clerk, Tina Stanke
A huge thank you to Wayne County for our brand-new ballot box.
Once ballots are processed for issuance, the ballot box will be open for receiving your voted, sealed and signed ballots. Safe and secure, please feel free to drop your ballots inside.
As always, you are welcome to walk them inside City Hall during regular office hours and hand them to a friendly Clerk’s office staff member.
The City Clerk urges you to vote and return your ballots as soon as possible to avoid possible delays in postal mail should you need to mail them in.
