City of Wayne issued the following announcement on Nov. 18.
Do you need masks?
On Wednesday, November 18th, masks that were donated to the City of Wayne by Ford Motor Company will be available at the following locations for individuals who need them. We will continue to offer the masks until we run out.
There are approximately 10-12 masks that have been bagged and one bag per person will be provided upon request.
1. Masks will be available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office and at the Finance Department upon request.
2. Masks will be available at the Wayne Police Department in the lobby 24-7.
Masks have already been distributed to nursing homes and other places where individuals might be home bound. We will continue to work with these organizations on future distribution.
We want to offer our sincerest thanks to Ford Motor Company for their generosity.
