City of Hamtramck issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
The U.S. Post Office in Hamtramck is open now. The manager cited "staffing issues" as a reason for recent closures. At this time the manager reports that he will be working day-to-day to provide staffing to open our Hamtramck location daily.
