City of Hamtramck issued the following announcement on Dec. 30.
Do you need help with your water bills? Wayne Metro offers the Water Residential Assistance Program for eligible low-income households. WRAP can help with monthly bills, arrears, and certain plumbing repairs. They can also provide water-saving kits and educational materials.
