Wayne County Public Schools issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.
If you have not yet received communication from your child’s school regarding parent-teacher-student conferences, please reach out to the school to schedule your meeting. Conferences can occur face-to-face or be handled over the phone or via online video-conference. The purpose of the second semester meetings is to help ensure students remain on track academically, and/or are brought back on track if they were not successful during the first semester.
All schools except Wayne School of Engineering and Wayne Early Middle College High will begin the second semester with parent-teacher-student conferences during the week of January 4th. Students will be in Remote Instruction from January 5-8, with the first face-to-face instructional day starting on January 11th.
