Van Buren Charter Township issued the following announcement on July 23.
The annual Township Shred Day is Saturday, August 7, 2021, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Free for residents, and in partnership with Iron Mountain, residents are able to bring a maximum of five (5) cartons or medium size bags per vehicle.
Please NO three-ring binders or metal of any kind, paper only.
Keep your information secure until you arrive at the drop-off point.

- Books & Bound Paper Material
- Business & Multi-Part Forms
- Computer Paper
- Notebook & File Folders
- Paper, Letterhead & Envelopes
- Post-it notes
- Carbon Paper
- Compact Discs

- Transparencies & Celluloid
- Typewriter & Paper Ribbons
- Video Tapes (including surveillance)
- Banker bags
