University of Michigan-Dearborn recently issued the following announcement.

Engineering Lab Building (ELB)
Please join Chancellor Domenico Grasso for the State of the University Address.
Seating is limited. If you prefer to participate virtually, the address will also be available on Zoom. Once in-person seating capacity is reached, a Zoom link will be shared for viewing. Questions will be taken from both the in-person audience and those participating via Zoom.
Parking is available in Lot E2, located next to the Engineering Lab Building.
After the State of the University Address, walk over to the University Center for a festive celebration of the season at the Winter Carnival from 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
The Carnival will feature live entertainment, outdoor bonfires for keeping warm and making s'mores, snow cones, and ice skating at the Fieldhouse.
