Local resident and Egyptologist Julian Thibeau – who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Near Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago – will present in-person about how King Tut’s Tomb was discovered in 1922, the treasures that were found in the Tomb, and the fake “Curse of King Tut’s Tomb” made up by journalists at the time that has since become associated with the Tomb’s discovery.
