Canton Leisure Services is asking for your input as it continues working toward creating a healthier community. Area residents are encouraged to share their opinions, concerns and insights by taking this Canton Community needs assessment survey.
Covered topics range from access to healthy foods and physical activity to mental health challenges. The 15-minute online survey can be accessed here any time now through October 31. Individuals who complete the survey by the deadline will be entered for a chance to win a 3-month Summit on the Park membership. Winners will be announced by November 4.
