The Dearborn Public Library received a $20,920 grant for Improving Access to Information through the Library Services and Technology Act!
This funding will help the library focus on creating a more inclusive and accessible space for Arabic-speaking community members through offering bilingual story times and corresponding literacy activities; as well as overhauling signage at Esper Branch Library to provide information in standard Arabic and English. The new indoor and outdoor signage will include restroom signs, directional signs, and more.
