It's Super Bowl Sunday! Don't let foodborne illness ruin the biggest sporting event of the year. Here are some tips to avoid food poisoning if you're
ordering takeout or preparing food at home.
Keep cold foods cold and hot foods hot: Cold foods should be kept under 40 F; try nesting your serving dishes in bowls of ice to keep them cool. Hot
foods should be kept above 140 F; preheated warming trays or slow cookers can be used to keep food hot.
Don't serve all your food at once: refresh your platters with fresh refrigerated foods.
