The Wayne State University women's tennis team participated in the Chargers Summer Invitational held in Hillsdale, Michigan. The tournament marked the first event of the fall season for the Warriors, featuring seven players: Anais Ruyssen, Malak Arafat, Martyna Szpakowska, Dea Gorgidze, Justine Beaulieu, Shantala Uzcategui, and Dessyre Obedencio.

Teams from Walsh University, the University of Findlay, and host Hillsdale College also competed.
