Wayne State's Cedric Drenth and Daniel Grey achieved a 7-5 win at the top flight against Joao Martins and Francisco Lanusse. Meanwhile, Luke Laws and Dom Spicer lost 7-5 to Samuel Dickson and Alex Van Lumich, and Benjamin Hill alongside Denali Kitayama were defeated 6-2 by Daniel Chicano Melero and Daniel Sroka.

Wayne State bounced back in singles competition, winning five out of six matches. Daniel Grey claimed a straight-set victory (6-3, 6-1) over Dickson at the No. 1 position. Cedric Drenth continued his strong performance with set wins of 6-1 and 7-6 (8-6) against Van Lumich at the second flight.
