On Thursday, March 27, former Grosse Pointe North High School standout Maraina Smith’s current college team, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, lost 8-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Green Bay Phoenix.

The game took place at Oakland Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Phoenix this season.

The Golden Grizzlies’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 27 at 3:30 p.m. at Oakland Softball Field against Green Bay Phoenix.
