On Wednesday, March 12, former Grosse Pointe North High School standout Jake Tedesco’s current college team, the Washington State Cougars, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Oregon State Beavers.

The game took place at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field. This was their second matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 4 p.m. at Bailey-Brayton Field against San Diego State Aztecs.

Wayne State men’s golf to compete in NCAA Midwest/Central Super Regional

Wayne State University’s men’s golf team has been selected for its eighteenth NCAA Midwest/Central Super Regional appearance since 2004. Coach Mike Horn expresses optimism about his team’s performance heading into competition starting May 7.
