The Warriors, holding a record of 26-18 overall and 15-11 in the GLIAC, have previously defeated the Pride in all three encounters this season, with scores of 4-0, 9-1, and 6-2.

Four Wayne State softball players receive GLIAC honors

The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) announced its 2024 All-Conference Teams, recognizing four Wayne State softball players for their performances. Junior right fielder Rylie Josephson from West Bloomfield, Michigan, was selected for the All-GLIAC First Team. Senior shortstop Shelby Miller from Georgetown, Ontario, earned a spot on the Second Team. Senior left fielder Abby Favela from Riverside, Illinois, and freshman catcher/utility Logan Forman from Brantford, Ontario, received Honorable Mentions.
