City of Hamtramck issued the following announcement on July 11.
We had over 75 kits and all were picked up in less than 24 hours. We are trying to get more and will repost on Monday.
Free muck-out kits are available for residents dealing with cleaning up their basements after the recent flooding. They are available at City Hall during regular business hours (8am to 4pm, Monday-Friday), and at police dispatch (just inside City Hall) after hours and on weekends.
