The Wayne State University men's golf team is set to wrap up its 2023-24 regular season at the Ken Partridge Invitational, hosted by the University of Indianapolis. The tournament will take place from Sunday to Tuesday at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Indiana.

Head coach Mike Horn expressed optimism about his team's performance, stating, "We are looking to build on last week's big performance. All five starters are playing very well and are ready to take that next step. I think we are ready to make a big push at the end of the regular season and going forward into the postseason. I'm very happy with everybody on the roster, and the rule that they play every guy has contributed this year from our starters all the way down to our reserves."

The lineup for Wayne State includes Mat Hawryluk from Chatham, Ontario; Josh DiCarlo from Amherstburg, Ontario; Ian Smith from Canton, Michigan; Adam Burghardt from New Baltimore, Michigan; and Max Leppelmeier from Wauseon, Ohio.

The tournament field features several teams ranked both regionally and nationally. Notable participants include Davenport (10/69), Findlay (7/62), Grand Valley State (1/3), Hillsdale (12/78), Indianapolis (5/41) along with their B team, Kentucky Wesleyan (13/83), Maryville (20/108), McKendree (8/65), Missouri-St. Louis (9/67), Missouri S&T (3/32), Northwood (14/84), Parkside (NR/93), Tiffin (6/48) and Wayne State itself ranked 2nd regionally and 24th nationally.
